Conservatories For Any Type Of Home

When a householder is considering having a conservatory installed within their home many do not realise that there are different types of conservatory which they can choose from. Some think there is just one standard type of conservatory and if it does not fit in nicely with their home, then that means that they cannot have one installed.

This is incorrect as there are a number of different shapes and sizes of conservatory available, one of which is guaranteed to suit the existing size, look and style of a home. You need to assess which of them will most be appropriate for your home.

Edwardian conservatory

The Edwardian conservatory is so called as it refers to the period when King Edward VI reigned. Its rectangular or square shape helps maximise the amount of space available and because it lets in an enormous amount of light it can make the conservatory feel more airy and light.

P-Shape conservatory

A P-shaped conservatory refers to its likeness to the letter P and is the perfect conservatory if you fancy splitting the conservatory into two different living spaces. You could use one part as dining area and have a sofa installed in the other so that you call relax after your meal.

Gable conservatory

The Gable conservatory offers a huge amount of floor space and is noticeable for its high sloped roof which gives a sense of spaciousness. It can bring a touch of the stately homes to your property due to its elegant look and wonderful craftsmanship.

Victorian conservatory

The Victorian conservatory is particularly popular as it will suit most types of property. It usually consists of a steep roof with angled corners at the front and a bay front which gives it a curved type of shape.
