We don’t have any worries about offering a guarantee that’s double the industry standard as we know that the build quality of our doors is second to none. The materials and components we use to manufacture them are also about the best you can get, and that’s why we’re ultra-confident.
Environmental policy
We have an eco-first mindset at Visual and our 20 year guarantee reflects that, as well as being consistent with our well-established Environmental Policy. Because our doors have such an extended lifespan, eliminating the need for a further replacement for at least 20 years, it avoids the damage caused by over consumption and carbon emissions.
For what you spend on a new door, it’s only right that you get a 20 year guarantee. Anything less than that and you have the right to feel short-changed. The energy savings you make over those 20 years will also go some way towards paying for the door.
