Reviving the Fuller’s old family home
Draughts had become a regular menace and their old windows were starting to show their age, which is why the Fullers came to the decision to invest in a window upgrade.
Their first thought was to source a like-for-like window replacement, but they changed their mind once they became aware of Envisage flush casement windows during a visit to our showroom – they well and truly fell for them.
We can understand why as they manage to replicate the styling of a traditional timber window but come with enhanced security and deliver a very high energy efficiency rating.
It was only when selecting their new windows that they had a lightbulb moment and thought it made sense to also purchase some new doors too. For their front entrance, a Frontline Composite Door in black got their vote, whilst the rear of the property now has Extreme UPVC French doors.
The feedback from the couple was massively positive, with compliments paid to our surveying and installation teams. Very early on in the project, they got the sense that they were dealing with a company that really knows its stuff and could see why we have survived so long in the hugely competitive window and door market.
So many nice things have been said about the new windows and doors by those who the Fullers have invited around to the house. They couldn’t be happier about how much nicer the house looks and are particularly pleased that they’ve added value to it. All in all, it’s been a fantastic success.
