A slight hiccup on one of the days that needed attention but they were very professional al and did what they promised promptly. They chased us not us chasing them which is a rarity in most trades let alone this type. They even replaced our broken steps to the conservatory free of charge as a good will gesture which was nothing to do with the original quote. What was once an extra space that had its usage has now become the focal point of the house. Would use gain once I have some more pennies.

Only one nit pick the sliding door to the outside is quite a narrow opening and we didnt realise it would be so narrow.

Our initial contact in the salesroom was an important factor in our decision to go ahead with Visual. Steve Cooper was genuine, knowledgeable of his product and accommodating of all our requirements. After a slightly bumpy start with the initial building work, the process restarted and moved at a steady pace. However, once the base had been laid, the framework, electrics, plastering and flooring moved swiftly, smoothly and very accurately. The workmanship and quality of the whole work carried out by each tradesman was outstanding. The project managers at Visual always kept us informed and were always on hand to answer any of our queries in a friendly manner. The finished product has gone beyond our expectations and we are very much enjoying our new relaxing facility.

Hi Steve, just a few lines to let you know how happy we are with our new orangery, the whole project ran like clockwork from start to end. Nothing was too much trouble for all of your staff, each gang arrived as and when promised and worked very well even though the temperature was well below freezing at times.Maybe special thanks go to Graham the builder who applied a few little changes along the way as we kept changing our minds about things. From the initial start day everything went as planned. Each team were professional, punctual, polite & worked to the plan timescale. There were no delays between one team finishing & another starting which can be a problem in the building trade. It is good to say that we are extremely pleased with the finished Orangery & would recommend your company to anybody.

A fantastic service and excellent standards by the fitting team that was only let down by poor communication from the office based staff. On two occasions incorrect dates were given which meant we lost 2 days of our own work waiting for contractors to turn up only to be informed that they were coming on a different day. At times the onsite teams were not sure if other contractors would be turning up (plumbing/gas engineer) and it was left for us as the client to phone the plumber direct and confirm his attendance.

Brilliant from start to finish, all staff well informed,polite, and very professional

The whole project from start to finish went smoothly. The attention to detail and the polite and effective communication ensured at every stage that our needs were met. Steve Cooper was particularly effective in interpreting the needs of Orion the original builders who still had a say in what was built within the first 10 years of construction of our home. From outline drawings and schematics to achieving permission to proceed all queries were cleared and acted upon. The groundwork was started on time as agreed and from then on things moved at a very fast pace within the 3 week planned project time. Groundwork was completed in the first week. The second week walls went up and by the start of the 3 week the glazing was completed and we were water tight. First fix services were installed as the build progressed. Plastering was finished at the end of the third week and project completed by the following Tuesday. When the heated floor, joinery work and final fix electrical work was completed. The work had run on due to a very small delay because of the bank holiday. By the end of the fourth week I had reinstated the garden and painted and decorated throughout. Our neighbours were very impressed with the site organisation and cleanliness as were we. There was very little disruption considering all materials had to be transported through the house from front to back. The only evidence of work being done was the skip in the drive way and pallets of brick and block which were not there very long. All in all a most successful project. Although only a small project we are very pleased as to how our plans were interpreted and the result is excellent.

Excellent work from most of the trades, few problems with plumber and the initial visit by electrician. And more training required by the contact within the office, we had a couple of concerns that if he could have answered these questions or confirmed he did not know the answer but could get some to ring me or find out the answer and ring me back. But really happy with the final product and would definitely recommend your company. It's not often you get this level of service. THANK YOU

Your representative and surveyor were experienced and very knowledgeable. Your installers were very experienced,skilled and hard working, leaving the the site clean and tidy but what really stood out about the two gentlemen who installed my new glass roof, both named Mark, was their refreshingly good and genuine people skills. When I owned an installation company I prided myself on the training that I gave to my installers and representatives. I now find it difficult to accept some of the socially unaware, untrained people who turn up to work on my house so your people were like a breath of fresh air to me. A big thank you to all the builders, joiners, fitters and the electrician, everyone who worked to complete our orangery acted professionally and despite the awful weather conditions remained cheerful and courteous. Thanks to their team work we have a beautiful orangery in time for christmas. Communication between the office and workmen could be improved as on two separate occasions staff turned up on time only to have to delay work as it hadn't been documented that we were having underfloor heating other than that small hiccough we wouldn't hesitate to recommend visual conservatories, windows and doors

The electrical installation initially was poor and had to be redone, however when we contacted Visual about our concerns they were dealt with quikly and satisfactory. On the planning side I thought that the electrical installation should have been done before the floor was laid that would have probably avoided the above problem.

All the staff at Visual are very professional, very informative with every step on building our orangery. The builders/installers were very punctual and friendly. 1st class service from everyone. We will definitely recommend Visual to all our friends and family.

The sales meeting went well and the date for fitting arranged very quickly. The old conservatory was demolished and the new conservatory was built in 3 days. Then due to difficult circumstances with electrical fittings it took a while to get the conservatory completed. We were completely happy with the workmen who came built the conservatory they worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. The conservatory is now in continual use instead of not used because of heat or cold, the conservatory one looks great.

Having seen the new Loggia Conservatories on Ultraframe's website we requested more information from them and they directed us to Visual Conservatories. At the outset we were not very impressed with the salesman, Steve, who forgot which product we were interested in when he arrived, even though we were speaking to him the day before in the showroom and also made one or two other misplaced comments. however we proceeded with the purchase as we were happy with the price and Visual were highly recommended by Ultreframe. From then onwards we were highly delighted with all aspects of the job, from efficient and polite tradesmen to standard of snagging and ultimately the end product. Thankyou Visual we love our new conservatory.

The workmen used were all very good and polite. The drawings for the conservatory, which I only saw when the workmen arrived, showed the wrong dimensions. I had agreed an internal width of 3m and was provided with a conservatory where the external dimension was 3m.

Replacement conservatory completed to a good standard with professionalism throughout. The fitters were very professional, arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard in one day. Thank you.

We can honestly say every stage of the building of our orangery has been a pleasure. The workmen, Alan & Dean, John & Ben, Mark & Mark, Ben & Ryan, Brendan, Ian, Trevor, and Kevin have all done a wonderful job. Always on time and all very courteous. We felt in very good hands when we visited the showroom. All the work has gone smoothly. We have had visits during the building from Garry the building manager. My conservatory roof was replaced after much dissatisfaction from a previous supplier. What a fantastic result, my conservatory is now warm and usable, it is a pleasure to sit in and relax. The salesman who visited our home was very polite and very helpful. I was, however, annoyed that he said that the company didn't have a lot of work on and consequently if we considered to use your company he would make a discount if we could have the work done almost straight away. I found out later from all the other workmen that they were very busy, indeed, we were supposed to have all the work completed by the end of September, however, it was the middle to late October before all the work was completed! John and Ben who constructed the base and brick work were fantastic. Always cheerful and helpful. Mark and Mark who constructed the conservatory were both stars. The weather conditions they had to work in was awful, however, unlike other companies, they worked through it and were cheerful and helpful at all times. Kevin (hopefully I have the name corrected) who fitted our flooring was a gentleman and made a fantastic job. Ian the gas mans work was matriculates. I would recommend his workmanship to anyone. Paul and Patrick the electricians were polite and helpful and I would recommend their work to anyone Mark returned and did the second fix and as usual, friendly, polite and so helpful.. Unfortunately I cannot remember another gentleman's name but he came and resolved the issue I was having with one of the sliding doors. As usual polite and very helpful. Both Paul and Steve who I spoke to on the phone were both very helpful and very understanding when we had any issues, which were very few. Punctuality of all the workmen was fantastic. Overall I would certainly recommend your Company and would be happy if any of your future customers wanted to look at the workmanship of our conservatory or ask us any questions. Thank you so much for all the hard work that was displayed by all the team, I am so happy with the end result and cant wait to be able to use it on a daily basis.

We could not have had a better team of fitters they were brilliant. The old conservatory was taken down and the new one fitted in 1 day! The next day the little bit of plastering that was required was done - job finished. I would recommend this company to anybody without hesitation.

From our initial visit to the showroom at Birstall to final job completion it has been a great experience. Our first visit to the showroom we were very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the salesman. The home visit was within a few days and again the dsalesman was honest and helpful in his assessment of what might work well for us. Bit disappointed in length of time to start job but I think this is more to do with wanting job to be done and finished asap after deciding you want an Orangery! I think its called impatience! All workmen without exception were punctual,courteous and professional. The quality of their work was excellent and they always left our home as tidy as possible at the end of each day. Any queries we had were answered promptly and the team were happy to accommodate small changes / additions to our requirements. We are thrilled with the Orangery - I think it has exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to making good use of it in the years to come. Excellent work Visual. Many many thanks

All the team who have been involved in our conservatory project have been brilliant. Corteous, professional and pleasant, a really pleasure to have around and now that the conservatory is finished I actually miss them being around. This is the second conservatory we have had from Visual (nothing wrong with the previous one, just a change of design), and I would recommend them and use them again in a heart beat. The quality of their work is fantastic, and if previous work is anything to go by, their standard of aftersales care is outstanding. We love our new solid roof conservatory as it will make a huge difference to our family life. My only criticism would be that the plaster and electrician who came (outside contractors) did not have the same impecable standard of finish, punctuality and cleanliness as Visual's own guys, but may be that is because they set a very high standard that is hard to match. We will be having Visual back for our next project.

As you can see from our ratings we are delighted with all aspects of the service we have received from Visual. From the first sales contact with Steve through Richard's survey and the installation process our dealings have been highly professional and courteous. We needed our conservatory installation completed at short notice and the Visual team pulled out all the stops to achieve this. 7 am skip arrived, 8.30 Rob and others arrived on site, wasting no time dug out the footings. That was the theme through out the whole project. At every stage every one was very polite and professional. Every one cleaned up at the end of each day, ready for the next. The conservatory was complete ahead of expected projection. To a very high standard indeed.

A wonderful and professional experience throughout the whole process and build. Initially requiring a new front door to replace a badly fitted one, which incidentally has immediately made significant changes - warmer and reduced fuel costs, to a tentative enquiry on a conservatory to the creation and build of this wonderful orangery. After being built (and tested) in some of the wettest weather on record, it was found to have a tiny ingress of water through a seal which was rectified immediately. We would highly recommend Visual, for any work you are seeking to undertake – we received excellent service from our initial visit to the showroom, right through to full completion of our Orangery. Prior to instructing our build, we shopped around to look at various other companies in the region, to look at ideas and to gauge prices. The sales person at Visual, Steve, fully understood our requirements and happily talked us through the different options available, to ensure our needs were fully met. Steve was without a doubt the keenest and most knowledgeable person we had met, who within an hour, had prepared full drawings and costings for us – which is something that we’d struggled to obtain from other companies! From then on, we knew that Visual were the company we wanted to complete our build. In terms of the actual build; I’ll be honest and admit that I was expecting a huge mess and a stressful time, but that wasn’t the case! Every single member of staff/contractor was very friendly and professional, they all knew their individual trade, answered any questions we had and completed the work in a timely (and very tidy!) manner. As you would expect, we had a couple of tiny snagging issues post-build. from the moment we walked into the show room we were not put under any sales pressure, we decided that we wanted an orangery Drury advised us of styles, sizes etc, he carried out an interim visit the next day he was punctual, well mannered and again did not put us under any pressure. when we decided to go ahead with the build he returned and went through the finer details. The surveyor came to measure he was also well mannered and punctual, he explained what would happen in the time scales and advised on design etc. The builders were efficient, well mannered and cleaned up at the end of each day, their workmanship second to none. The electrician was punctual and tidy The Glaziers were efficient, punctual and clean as was the plasterer, the joiner who laid the floor worked efficiently and was also punctual. Overall the service was excellent we were informed each time one section was complete when the next one would start, we would recommend this company and are delighted with our new orangery!!!
